This position provides support for the staff and the operational systems of the Offices of the President, Provost, and Chief Information Officer (CIO).  The Slessor Hall Receptionist answers telephones, routes calls, greets visitors, responds to inquiries from the public and provides information about all the offices.  In addition, the receptionist contributes to the security of the offices by helping to monitor the access of visitors.

This position also serves as administrative assistant to the Chief Information Officer and is responsible for maintaining the calendar, scheduling all appointments and meetings, staffing meetings, preparing meeting documents and taking minutes; is point person for all incoming calls and guests for CIO; and supports the CIO in all secretarial and office-management tasks.
