This position serves as the point person for student service in Student Financial Services, for both new and returning students, regarding financial aid and student accounts. It provides the initial screening of student inquiries and as well as financial aid and student account information. The position is also responsible for scheduling appointments, processing incoming mail, processing student account payments, supervising the office assistant, and maintaining the records for the federal work study program.

The Assistant Facilities Director shall work closely with and report directly report to the Facilities Director in the following areas:  administration, management and supervision of all aspects related to maintaining the buildings, infrastructure, landscape and grounds, and equipment owned, leased, maintained or operated by Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA.  The Assistant Director will implement best practice and industry benchmark standards in order to provide a safe, comfortable campus that conforms to local codes and building standards.  They will assist in and be responsible for the daily and long term planning and scheduling of tasks related to planned/preventative maintenance, routine maintenance, emergency maintenance, personnel administration, budget preparation, utility, and energy management as well as special maintenance and construction projects relating to the academic and residential areas of the campus.
